Majority of what we do in dentistry are direct posterior restorations. Posterior restorations
can be quite challenging. However their complexities can be solved with newer advanced
restoratives, which are superior to their past type preceders, not only allowing to speed up
the procedure but also fortifying the restoration.

This course in details will give a practical tips for all aspects of direct composite resin restorations,
including how to achieve maximum bond strength, how to obtain tight marginal seal, marginal
adaptation, proximal contact and contour, ideal anatomic shape.

Learning objectives:

• How to use newer flowable, injectable and fibre reinforced composite technologies
  for increased efficiency and stronger restorations.
   
• How to obtain precise and correct occlusal anatomy using cusp-tocusp restorative technique.
